AR Caller
The AR Caller is responsible for providers in the USA by submitting medical claims to insurance companies and payers. They play a key role in Revenue Cycle Management by managing the claims process, including the accurate and timely creation of claims, follow-up, and correspondence with providers, as well as handling insurance inquiries and correspondence.
Solid experience (at least 5 years) in the full RCM End-to-End process, with proficiency in the following areas:
- Charge entry
- Accounts receivable
- Posting payments
- Patient statement submission
- Claim submission, denials, non-payment, and appeals handling
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Experience with Billing softwares like Tebra, WebPT, or other EMR software
